Lead the development of scalable web applications and high-load distributed systems.
Optimize system architecture for performance and scalability.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in development.
Oversee DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes.
Ensure high security standards (OWASP, DDoS protection, SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF mitigation).
Collaborate with product teams to align engineering goals with business objectives.
Optimize system architecture for performance and scalability.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in development.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in web development. 2+ years in a leadership role (Team Lead, Head of Engineering, CTO).
Expertise in high-load distributed systems and scalability. Proficiency in Python, Go, PHP.
Experience managing teams working with React, Vue.js, Angular. Deep understanding of DevOps processes (CI/CD, containerization).
Experience with Amazon AWS, Kubernetes. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, including sharding and replication. Hands-on experience with Nginx, Reverse Proxy, Cloudflare
Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), fluent Russian.
Expertise in high-load distributed systems and scalability. Proficiency in Python, Go, PHP.
