We are looking for an experienced Trader to join a growing financial team and support trading operations across multiple asset classes. This role focuses on executing client orders, monitoring trading activity, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient trading operations.

Salary: up to € 4500.
You will join a European-licensed investment firm regulated by CySEC, specializing in portfolio management and traditional brokerage services for professional clients. The company brings together experienced professionals in wealth management, trading, and compliance. As part of the trading team, you will be involved in executing trades across global markets and supporting the firm’s trading operations and infrastructure.
About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Execute client orders across multiple asset classes, including derivatives, listed options, equities (US & EU shares, ETFs), fixed income, FX, money market instruments, and repo.
Monitor trading platforms and client accounts on a daily basis. Track and manage client exposures and trading activity. Collaborate with Middle Office and Back Office teams on pre-trade and post-trade processes.
Ensure compliance with internal operational procedures and controls. Respond to client queries and ad hoc requests related to trading activity. Prepare internal and external reports for senior management.
Contribute to improving the trading infrastructure and relationships with brokers and counterparties. Assist in enhancing internal procedures and operational processes.

Requirements
University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution.
CySEC Advanced Certificate (or willingness to obtain it within 6 months).
Experience working with trading platforms such as CQG and Bloomberg (other platforms are a plus).
Strong understanding of financial markets and trading operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
English — fluent, Russian — fluent.
3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution.
CySEC Advanced Certificate (or willingness to obtain it within 6 months).
Experience working with trading platforms such as CQG and Bloomberg (other platforms are a plus).
Strong understanding of financial markets and trading operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
