Develop and maintain Solana smart contracts using Rust & Anchor Optimize compute units and manage PDA/account models effectively Implement DeFi protocols (lending, stablecoins, payments) within the product Ensure top-notch security standards and support external audits Write thorough unit, integration, and fuzz tests for reliability Collaborate with backend and product teams to bring features from idea to deployment

3+ years of production Rust development experience
1–2+ years building and deploying Solana/Anchor contracts (mainnet experience required) Deep understanding of PDA, Solana account models, compute unit optimization Familiarity with DeFi/financial protocols and blockchain-based payments Experience with smart contract security best practices and audits Strong testing mindset: unit, integration, fuzz testing
