We’re looking for a strategic Team Lead / Senior Developer or Principal Engineer to lead high-frequency trading (HFT) technology development from the ground up. If you have deep expertise in algorithmic trading, market microstructure, and high-performance .NET systems — this is your playground.

Requirements
8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a senior/principal role in trading tech. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
Solid experience in algorithmic strategy development and HFT environments. Track record of delivering critical systems in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Deep understanding of market microstructure, exchange APIs, and latency-sensitive systems. Advanced proficiency in .NET/C# or C++, with strong software design skills.
Skilled in CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and infrastructure automation. Strong analytical mindset and experience in performance tuning. Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality. Leadership experience in building and scaling dev teams.
