Your tasks
Lead the design, development, and deployment of trading algorithms and supporting systems.

Optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, and low-latency execution.

Build, manage, and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.

Advantages
Requirements
8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a senior/principal role in trading tech. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Solid experience in algorithmic strategy development and HFT environments. Track record of delivering critical systems in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Deep understanding of market microstructure, exchange APIs, and latency-sensitive systems. Advanced proficiency in .NET/C# or C++, with strong software design skills.

Skilled in CI/CD, Git-based workflows, and infrastructure automation. Strong analytical mindset and experience in performance tuning. Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality. Leadership experience in building and scaling dev teams.
