As an Affiliate Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with affiliates, analyzing performance, and driving strategic decisions to achieve outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Attract and build relationships with existing and new partners. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and forums. Develop relationships with B2B partners on behalf of a direct advertiser.
Contribute to the development of the company’s brand and reputation.
Generate and follow up on leads with creativity and strategic thinking. Purchase and manage various online media types (banners, emails, pops, contextual, paid search, text links, etc.).
Collaborate with Analysts, business developers, and affiliate support managers to improve partner performance. Optimize earnings with current webmasters and analyze marketing efficiency metrics. Research competitors, explore new verticals, and analyze traffic quality.

At least 3+ years of experience in account management and affiliate marketing.
2+ years of experience working with affiliate networks.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in English (B2), Russian (B2), Ukrainian will be a plus.
Independent, results-oriented, and eager to learn and adapt. Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to data interpretation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Preferred Skills:
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable with presenting ideas and negotiating with partners.
