We’re looking for a QA Lead to own the entire testing strategy for a high-performance DeFi platform. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine deep technical QA expertise to ensure flawless product releases in a fast-moving Web3 environment.

About the company and the project:

Your tasks

Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for all product modules (trading, staking, crypto card, notifications, integrations).

Organize and manage the QA team: task allocation, deadline control, and quality assurance.

Develop automated tests for critical flows (registration without seed, transactions, PnL, crypto card API).

Set up testing in CI/CD pipelines to ensure build stability before release.

Analyze bugs and collaborate with development and analytics teams to resolve issues.

Advantages

Requirements

3+ years of experience as QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer.

Strong knowledge of mobile application testing (iOS/Android) and Web3 products.

Hands-on experience with API, WebSocket, and blockchain integrations.

Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Jira, TestRail, Appium/Selenium, Git, Swagger.

Influence the QA process and automation strategy from scratch.

Fast decision-making, minimal bureaucracy, and a team of strong specialists.
