We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project & Product Manager with a solid background in iGaming to lead daily brand operations and drive product optimisation.

Your tasks
Oversee the full product lifecycle – from concept and roadmap to launch, optimisation, and reporting. Define and prioritise backlog, translate business goals into clear requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Track progress, maintain documentation, and report to stakeholders. Analyse product performance and user behaviour to drive data-informed improvements.
Manage CRM workflows, campaigns, and player journeys to boost retention and engagement. Collaborate with CRM, design, and data teams on aligned messaging and offers. Build dashboards, track KPIs, and provide insights for decision-making. Support affiliate marketing initiatives and partner onboarding.

Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in the iGaming/gambling industry. Proven expertise in player retention and CRM campaign management. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and segmentation strategies.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with affiliate marketing workflows and partner management. Proficient in BI tools and dashboard creation. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello).
Excellent written and spoken English. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Data-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
