We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to own delivery end-to-end from incoming requests to production release. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in execution, works closely with engineers, and proactively drives processes rather than just tracking them.

You will be responsible for managing the full development lifecycle, ensuring that ideas are transformed into clear, actionable tasks and delivered on time. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams, maintaining visibility across all stages of development while identifying risks early and keeping delivery smooth and predictable. The platform is a non-custodial crypto-financial product combining Visa cards, personal bank accounts, automated yield on crypto assets, and credit functionality, all without giving up custody.
About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Gather and manage incoming tasks from product, tech leadership, and stakeholders. Translate ideas into clear, structured, and actionable requirements.

Eliminate ambiguities before development starts. Plan sprints and manage team workload.

Oversee tasks across the full lifecycle: from kickoff to release. Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Identify risks and bottlenecks proactively. Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams. Conduct one-to-one meetings with team members.

Maintain a healthy team environment and track team well-being. Continuously improve development and delivery processes.
Advantages
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager in IT. Proven experience managing delivery in product or startup environments.

Strong understanding of development processes (backend, frontend, APIs, integrations). Ability to break down tasks into “ready for development” state.

Experience working with sprints (Scrum / Kanban, pragmatic approach). Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on approach — comfortable working closely with the team. Experience conducting one-to-ones and supporting team performance. High level of ownership and accountability.

Nice to Have: Technical background (development or system analysis); Experience working in startups; Understanding of fintech, payments, or integrations; Experience with distributed teams.
