We’re looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our product visibility and maintain clear, consistent messaging across key channels.

Our products help teams work with OKRs and KPIs directly inside their existing workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring our product messaging is accurate, consistent, and well-positioned across platforms. Your work will focus on maintaining product pages, managing listings and reviews, adapting messaging for different audiences, and supporting community and content presence. his role is focused on product content, positioning, and marketing execution, rather than performance marketing or pure social media management. This is an execution-focused product marketing role with real ownership and growth potential: not a performance marketing or paid ads role, not a pure SMM role, and not a senior strategic PMM position.
About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Maintain and update website product pages and landing pages based on new features and releases. Adapt product messaging and positioning for different channels and audiences.
Manage listings, directories, and review platforms (e.g. G2, partner platforms). Support and run review and visibility campaigns.
Conduct competitor and market research to improve positioning and messaging. Create and edit short-form product content (website copy, platform descriptions, LinkedIn posts).
Support community presence and company content on LinkedIn. Research industry events, partnerships, and visibility opportunities (optional participation in 1–3 events per year).

1–4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing. Experience working with B2B SaaS or tech products. Strong English copywriting and messaging skills.
Ability to translate product features into clear, user-friendly value propositions. Hands-on mindset with ownership of tasks from idea to execution. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence) Basic understanding of SEO or analytics tools. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.). Experience working with SaaS directories and review platforms (G2, Capterra, etc.).
