We’re looking for a strong Product Manager to join a fast-growing crypto-financial platform. This role is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of the product lifecycle, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive product execution in a fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environment.

You will own the product from ideation to launch, working on key areas such as onboarding, credit functionality, and product analytics dashboards. The platform already has 7,500+ activated cards and combines traditional fintech features with crypto capabilities, including Visa cards, savings, crypto-backed lending, and personal bank accounts in Europe and the US.
About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Own the full product lifecycle from idea to release.
Develop and optimize onboarding flows and user experience.
Work on credit functionality and lending products.
Build and improve product metrics dashboards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams: backend, blockchain, and mobile.
Write clear product specifications and ensure delivery to production.

Advantages
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech or consumer apps.
Experience with card products is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of crypto at least at an advanced user level.
Ability to work effectively in a small team with minimal bureaucracy.
Strong written and spoken English (working level).
Nice to Have:
Experience working with blockchain-based products.
Background in fast-growing startup environments.
Hands-on approach and ownership mindset.
