This is a full-time ON-SITE role in Limassol, Cyprus. Main activity is payments operations across fiat and crypto channels. Remote is not possible.

Your tasks
Process Payments: Execute payments quickly and accurately across fiat and crypto systems with zero errors.
Reconciliation & Reporting: Maintain detailed transaction records, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
Troubleshooting: Identify and solve payment-related issues, suggesting process improvements.
Compliance Support: Uphold AML/KYC standards and assist in managing financial transaction risks.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and finance teams in a high-performing, tech-driven environment.

Proven track record in payments processing (both fiat and cryptocurrency required).
Experience in FX brokerage is a strong plus. Solid understanding of AML/KYC regulations preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).
No criminal record; candidates will undergo background checks.
Ready to start immediately.
Native English speaker.
