Your tasks
Identify, attract, and manage partners.
Analyze partner performance data. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Negotiate and manage partnership contracts and commission structures.
Develop and manage the affiliate marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
Implement and utilize affiliate marketing technologies and tools.

From 1 year of experience in iGaming.
Experience working with different verticals (iGaming, e-commerce, finance, etc.).
Specialization in one or more of the following traffic types: PC, ASO, Facebook, or SEO.
Fluent Russian and Intermediate level of English. Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong data-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding set goals.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
