Salary
Negotiable, fix $800-$1,500 + up to 20% performance-based bonus.

Your tasks
Launch, optimize, and scale Facebook ad campaigns with a focus on profitability and KPIs.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with designers and analysts to develop innovative campaign approaches.
Continuously test new ad formats, creatives, and bidding strategies to enhance results.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Facebook media buyer, preferably in iGaming.
Strong analytical mindset and a passion for experimentation and scaling campaigns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-risk, high-reward environment.
Bonus Skills – Experience with TR/CL campaigns is a plus.
Bonus Location – Being in Warsaw is an advantage for closer collaboration with the head office.
Profit-driven role – KPI targets are $50,000–$100,000/month in profit. We prioritize soft skills over hard skills, looking for proactive and highly driven individuals.
