This role is ideal for someone who combines performance marketing thinking, creative strategy, funnel optimization, and strong analytical skills.
About the company and the project:
Lead cross-functional growth initiatives across paid acquisition, creative, product, and analytics for our first apps. Design and run go-to-market strategies, including ICPs, offers, messaging, W2W / W2A funnels, paywalls, email flows, and onboarding. Work closely with UA teams on media plans, testing roadmaps, and key performance targets such as CAC, ROAS, payback, and LTV.
Partner with Creative teams to generate, test, and systematise winning angles, scripts, concepts, and ad ideas. Optimise web and app funnels to improve conversion, monetisation, and revenue predictability. Partner with Tech and Data teams to improve tracking, dashboards, automation rules, budget shifts, and experiment templates.
Analyse performance data and translate it into clear growth priorities. Identify what should be scaled, paused, killed, or tested next. Build and improve repeatable growth processes for future app launches.
Keep UA, Creative, Product, Tech, and Data teams aligned around shared goals and priorities. Drive fast learning loops in a test-and-learn environment.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or PMM for mobile apps, subscription products, or W2W / W2A funnels.Strong experience with creative strategy and funnel optimisation for web and/or app products.
Solid understanding of mobile growth metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort tables, payback, conversion rates, and retention. Ability to read data, identify patterns, and make clear business decisions based on numbers.
Experience designing and testing offers, messaging, funnels, paywalls, onboarding, and email flows. Strong understanding of paid acquisition, creative testing, and performance marketing logic.
Experience working closely with UA, Creative, Product, Tech, and Data teams. Ability to manage growth initiatives from strategy to execution. Strong communication and project management skills.
Comfortable working in fast-moving, test-and-learn environments. Proactive, structured, and business-oriented mindset.
