Fixed salary $600 + bonuses

About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Actively search for and recruit IT & Digital specialists, primarily through LinkedIn.
Manage candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers and participate in decision-making.
Identify new job posting channels and utilize existing recruitment sources.
Maintain the candidate database in ATS and provide timely reports.

Advantages
Requirements
At least 6 months of experience in IT Digital recruitment (international hiring is a plus).
Understanding of development tools and technologies.
Knowledge of modern sourcing and recruitment techniques.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
English level B2+ (a strong plus).
Experience using platforms beyond hh.ru, especially LinkedIn.
This position is open to recruiters located outside of Russia and Belarus. Since 99% of the work is conducted via LinkedIn, experience in active sourcing in international markets is essential.
