About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Drive profit growth by building and scaling high-performing media buying teams. Ensure fast and efficient hiring with focus on quality, time-to-hire, and business impact. Build a predictable performance engine through hiring, performance management, and replacement decisions.

Scale teams and reduce time-to-productivity through structured onboarding and ramp-up. Implement and improve performance management systems. Manage employee performance: identify low performers and make development or replacement decisions.

Retain key employees and proactively manage attrition risks. Build and optimize HR processes: hiring, onboarding, evaluation, development. Develop managerial skills of team leads. Partner with business leaders on organizational and people-related decisions.

Contribute to building internal training systems and Media Buying Academy. Work with HR and business metrics (funnel, conversion, retention, performance) to drive decisions. Strengthen employer brand in the affiliate / performance marketing market.
Advantages
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR / Recruitment in performance, affiliate, or digital companies. Strong expertise in fast-paced hiring with focus on time-to-hire and candidate quality.

Proven experience closing complex roles (media buyers, strategists, team leads). Understanding of performance teams driven by financial metrics (profit, ROI, CPA). Experience building performance management systems (KPIs, reviews, feedback).

Experience managing low and high performers (diagnostics, development, replacement). Experience improving time-to-productivity and scaling teams. Experience building onboarding, retention, and development processes.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with HR and business metrics. Experience developing managers and internal training programs. Experience working in fast-scaling environments and optimizing HR processes.
