We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Business Partner who will drive business growth by building and leading a full-cycle Talent Management strategy.

About the role:
Your tasks
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers. Manage the full Talent Management cycle: onboarding, goal setting, career development, retention, and offboarding.

Design and implement the full Performance Management cycle: OKR/KPI alignment, reviews, feedback, and action plans. Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide insights to the business.

Co-create motivational and development programs with team leads. Facilitate coaching and mentoring for line managers.

Support hiring, onboarding, performance review, and succession planning. Promote a culture of clarity, growth, and accountability.
Advantages
Requirements
3+ years of experience as HR BP / Generalist in a business-oriented environment. Deep understanding of the Performance Management cycle (OKR, KPI, 360° reviews).

Experience in onboarding, adaptation, career pathing, and L&D initiatives. Strong knowledge of HR analytics, eNPS, turnover, and engagement tracking.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with HRIS. Ability to influence and support senior leadership. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have: Experience in international or digital/tech companies, English — Intermediate or higher, Hands-on work with PeopleForce or similar platforms, Coaching or L&D certifications.
