We're looking for an experienced Head of Spam to join our team. This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work remotely or from our office in Ukraine. If you have a strong background in Forex and expertise in managing spam operations and lead generation, we want to hear from you.

Salary
Negotiable, $1,500–$2,500, based on experience and performance.

About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Organizing the workflow of the spam team, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. Recruiting, training, and motivating team members. Optimizing response processes and engagement in inbound conversations. Developing scripts and strategies to improve conversion rates. Creating and testing new spam lead generation strategies.
Implementing and optimizing mass messaging tools across various platforms. Analyzing audience segmentation and personalizing outreach campaigns. Researching and implementing anti-spam solutions to increase deliverability. Monitoring and adjusting IP settings, domains, and content for improved results. Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics (CR, ROI, deliverability rates). Conducting A/B testing of scripts and messaging strategies.

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within Forex.
Strong understanding of anti-spam algorithms and bypass techniques.
Experience working with mass messaging tools (messengers, email, SMS, etc.).
Leadership experience is a plus.
Ability to analyze data, test hypotheses, and improve campaign performance.
Knowledge of marketing, copywriting, and sales psychology.
