We are an international full-service media buying and advertising company developing our own AdTech products. Our global team brings together professionals from across Europe and beyond, with extensive experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, programmatic technologies, and traffic monetization. The company is actively expanding internationally and developing its publisher network across LATAM, Asia, and other strategic markets. You will be responsible for expanding the global publisher network, building regional teams, and driving sustainable revenue and profitability across international markets.
About the company and the project:
Develop and execute the global Publisher growth strategy. Identify new opportunities to expand the publisher network across priority GEOs.
Define regional priorities, acquisition strategies, and partnership models. Grow and strengthen the company’s direct publisher network. Build long-term relationships with strategic publishers and traffic partners.
Lead international expansion across LATAM, Asia, and other key markets. Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.
Scale the Publisher Department from a team of 6 to a global organization of 30–40 professionals. Build and lead regional Publisher teams. Hire, develop, and retain high-performing Publisher professionals.
Establish scalable processes, KPIs, reporting, and performance management systems. Build a strong, accountable, and performance-driven team culture. Own the commercial performance and profitability of the Publisher Department.
Monitor revenue, profitability, traffic quality, and key business metrics. Improve unit economics and operational efficiency.
Ensure sustainable profitability while scaling traffic volumes and partnerships. Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Sales, and Engineering teams.
Translate publisher needs into product and business priorities. Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving traffic performance and business growth.
Proven experience leading Publisher or Supply teams within AdTech, Performance Marketing, or Ad Networks. Strong understanding of publisher ecosystems, web traffic, and digital advertising.
Established network of publisher contacts and proven experience building strategic partnerships. Experience scaling Publisher teams and building high-performing international organizations.
Strong knowledge of traffic monetization models, including CPM, CPC, CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid. Strong commercial mindset and deep understanding of unit economics and profitability management.
Experience working with large-scale web traffic. Good understanding of RTB and Programmatic advertising. Experience with Pop traffic is a strong advantage.
Proven leadership experience managing and developing international teams. Ability to build accountable, performance-driven teams.
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to make fast and independent business decisions. High level of ownership and focus on measurable business results.
English: B2+.
