We’re on the hunt for a results-driven Head of Affiliate to lead the charge for our new sweepstakes brand in the US market. You’ll shape strategy, scale partnerships, and drive player acquisition for a high-growth launch backed by seasoned iGaming professionals.

About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Define and lead the affiliate strategy for the US sweepstakes market. Build, manage, and grow a high-performing affiliate team.
Acquire and nurture affiliate partnerships to deliver high-quality traffic. Launch and optimise a competitive, performance-based affiliate program.
Own budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and performance reporting. Streamline internal workflows for operational efficiency.
Analyse campaign results and turn data into actionable insights. Represent the brand at industry events and build a strong presence.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and fraud risks.

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on affiliate management experience (required). Experience in iGaming affiliate marketing, prior experience in US-facing sweepstakes casinos is a major advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming. Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making. Proven negotiation and communication skills.
Fluency in English; highly organised and proactive.
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and digital marketing tools. Existing affiliate network in iGaming / US sweepstakes is a big plus.
Comfortable working independently and remotely. Residency in Cyprus with legal work rights or an EU passport.
