About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Manage affiliate partnerships across multiple international markets.
Own a portfolio of high-value affiliate accounts and drive customer acquisition.
Monitor performance, optimize traffic quality, and manage underperforming affiliates.
Lead, mentor, and grow the affiliate team to reach company objectives.
Define and achieve affiliate revenue and ROI targets.
Develop and execute recruitment and marketing campaigns for new affiliates.
Collaborate with senior leadership on forecasts and performance strategies.

Requirements
6+ years in affiliate management for online casino brands. 2+ years of team leadership experience.
Strong understanding of KPIs, ROI, and business performance metrics.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset and proactive, multitasking approach.
English level B2+ (additional languages are a plus).
