We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing and Sales Growth Specialist to accelerate product adoption, drive sales, and scale our AI-powered automation platform in Israel and internationally. This role combines marketing, sales, and analytics to build and execute strategies that fuel revenue growth and global expansion.

About the role:
Your tasks
Design and implement go-to-market strategies for Israel and international markets. Lead customer acquisition and sales efforts (outreach, negotiations, closing deals).
Analyze sales funnels, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness – and provide data-driven recommendations.
Develop partnerships with SMBs and enterprises, including cross-border collaborations. Drive international scaling — support business setup abroad, coordinate with local offices, and explore market-entry opportunities.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align messaging, positioning, and client feedback loops. Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT-5, Grok-4) for lead generation, campaign optimization, and revenue forecasting.
Advantages
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or growth hacking. Proven track record of driving revenue growth (e.g., +20–50% increase in KPIs).
Strong analytical skills: SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, attribution modeling, A/B testing. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data visualization (Tableau).
Knowledge of the Israeli market and international scaling (experience in business setup abroad is a strong advantage).
Languages: English & Hebrew required; Russian is a plus.
