We’re looking for a Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth for a next-generation non-custodial crypto-financial platform. You’ll work across paid channels, partnerships, and product growth loops to scale a fast-growing platform.

Your Mission is scale growth across acquisition, activation, and monetization funnels, while building efficient unit economics and strong community-driven distribution.
About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Manage paid channels: Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Meta Ads. Optimize CAC and unit economics across funnels. Run A/B tests and scale high-performing campaigns.

Improve App Store / Google Play conversion rates. Work on ratings, reviews, and store performance.

Build and manage partnerships with KOLs, Web3 projects, and crypto communities. Launch referral and ambassador programs. Drive community-led growth initiatives.

Manage and grow presence on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram. Create and distribute content tailored to crypto-native audiences.

Track activation, retention, and MRR. Analyze cohorts and optimize lifecycle flows. Run experiments to improve engagement and monetization.

Represent XPlace at major crypto events (e.g., Paris Blockchain Week, TOKEN2049). Build offline and online visibility.

Advantages
Requirements
2+ years in growth/marketing in fintech or crypto.

Strong experience with both paid acquisition and partnerships.

Hands-on approach and high execution speed.

Ability to work independently with clear communication.

Experience with mobile growth and performance marketing.

Fluent English (B2+), Russian is a plus.

All external partnerships and commercial agreements must be aligned with the founder before finalization — this is a strict requirement.

Nice to Have:
Experience in crypto-fintech products (cards, lending, wallets, DeFi apps). Understanding of the Solana ecosystem. Experience with referral systems and community growth mechanics.

Direct collaboration with the founder.

Ownership of growth strategy and execution.
