We’re looking for a strategic Business / Growth Analyst to drive product growth and market expansion for our AI-powered automation platform. This role combines market research, competitive intelligence, client acquisition strategy, and actionable product improvement recommendations.

About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Conduct in-depth product and competitor analysis by industry (Israeli and international players, including non-AI solutions) — covering features, pricing, and integrations.

Identify and research potential clients in target industries, analyze their needs and pain points, and prepare customized outreach scripts.

Provide recommendations for product improvement to outperform competitors (new features, industry adaptations).

Assess opportunities for product deployment and scaling in Israel and abroad — market evaluation, regulations, partnerships, risk analysis.

Explore potential collaborations with competitors (Israeli and global) — partnerships, integrations, or acquisitions.

Advantages
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing, or growth hacking (preferably in tech/SaaS/AI).

Knowledge of the Israeli market (beauty, dentistry, automotive sectors) and understanding of local regulations (Privacy Protection Law).

Skills: data analysis (Excel, Google Analytics, SQL), lead sourcing (LinkedIn, Upwork), competitive benchmarking (G2, Capterra).

Languages: English & Hebrew required, Russian is a plus.

Experience with AI/ERP/CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot). Soft skills: creativity, strong communication, and the ability to provide actionable, practical recommendations.
