The company specializes in building and scaling franchise-based football academies in the US market, backed by external investment. You will be responsible for driving franchise and licensing sales across the US and global markets, working with inbound leads and managing the full sales cycle.
About the company and the project:
Sell franchises and licenses in the US and global markets (core KPI: number of signed franchisees in the US).
Work with warm inbound leads from multiple channels (franchise platforms, social media, communities, etc.).
Conduct calls and online meetings, move leads through the sales funnel, and close deals.
Build and manage CRM processes from scratch.
Track and optimize key sales funnel metrics, conversions, and performance indicators.
6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in international projects.
Experience selling franchises, licenses, or similar high-ticket products ($10,000–$50,000+) is a strong advantage.
Experience working with the US or global markets is a plus.
Fluent English (must be able to conduct full sales cycle in English), Russian as an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
