Experience
We’re looking for a Financial Manager to join an international iGaming business operating across multiple financial streams and partner networks. This role is heavily focused on cash flow control, financial analysis, partner audits, and management reporting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

About the role:
Your tasks
Manage and control cash flows across 8 business directions. Monitor payment terms and verify accuracy of marketing expense calculations. Perform balance reconciliations between banks, payment systems, internal accounting systems, and reports. Maintain management reporting.

Analyze financial performance, prepare insights, conclusions, and improvement recommendations. Control costs and optimize expenses. Conduct full financial audits of partner companies. Calculate payroll. Understand and work with core financial statements. Apply internal control methodologies and risk assessment frameworks.

Verify accuracy of assets, liabilities, income, and expense recognition. Analyze financial documentation and reporting. Prepare audit reports, identify discrepancies, and provide recommendations. Detect risk areas and potential fraud.
Advantages
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in financial accounting, financial management, or financial analysis
(preferably within iGaming).

Understanding of iGaming-specific payment flows, commissions, and partner payouts. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and financial analysis. Ability to build reports, identify deviations, and draw conclusions.

Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills (large datasets, fast analysis). High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a multitasking environment.

Important to Note: Willingness to work overtime during peak periods (a few high-load days per month). Ability to work independently, plan workload effectively, and take ownership of deadlines and results.
