This position is focused on supporting the finance department in daily operational tasks, maintaining accurate records, working with internal systems, preparing documents, and assisting the Head of Finance directly. The role requires strong Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to working with financial data and documentation.
Maintain and update financial tables and internal reports.
Work with CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry.
Download and organize various statements, documents, and financial records.
Prepare and maintain meeting minutes and internal documentation.
Support day-to-day finance department operations.
Work directly with the Head of Finance and assist with administrative and financial tasks.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper organization of financial data.
Advanced Google Sheets skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
6+ months of experience in finance, accounting, or a related administrative role.
Alternatively, relevant education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
High level of organization and responsibility. Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work with documents, tables, and internal systems accurately. Willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.
Nice to Have: Experience working with CRM systems; Experience preparing reports, statements, or financial documentation; Previous experience in an international company.
Comfortable office in Limassol, Cyprus.
