Experience
We’re looking for a Financial Manager to join a company with a strong presence across multiple markets and legal entities. This role is ideal for a finance professional with experience in banking operations, international reporting, treasury, compliance procedures, and management accounting.

This position combines banking operations, international financial reporting, legal entity management, and cash flow control. You’ll be responsible for executing payments, managing invoices and receivables/payables, preparing documentation for bank compliance, supporting audit processes, and maintaining accurate management reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of international finance and tax reporting, and the ability to work independently in a structured and fast-paced environment.
About the role:
Your tasks
Work with banks and manage day-to-day financial operations. Execute payments through various banking systems, including multi-bank platforms, SWIFT, SEPA, and others.

Prepare and issue invoices to partners. Monitor incoming payments and control payment statuses. Manage and control accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Communicate with bank support teams. Prepare documentation packages for bank compliance procedures. Monitor cash flow and allocate budgets between legal entities. Manage operational activities of legal entities across different jurisdictions.

Prepare documentation for VAT filings and annual financial reporting. Liaise with external auditors and provide required documentation. Review and approve reports submitted through external auditors. Participate in legal and corporate matters together with the legal team.

Support deal structuring, transaction support, and contract review. Prepare management reports upon request from leadership. Maintain budgets, control Cash Flow, and perform plan-vs-actual analysis.
Advantages
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a similar financial role. Experience working with international banks and understanding of compliance requirements.

Knowledge of working with European and UK financial structures. Solid understanding of international financial and tax reporting.

Advanced Excel skills.

Confident spoken and written English, as it is the working language in the team. Strong attention to detail, structured mindset, independence, and responsibility.

Nice to Have: Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or international companies with multi-country operations, Experience working with multiple legal entities and different jurisdictions, Understanding of international tax and audit processes.
Comfortable office in Limassol, Cyprus.

Work schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break).

Hybrid format after 6 months: 50% office / 50% remote.
