This position combines financial operations, accounting systems implementation, payment integrations, and automation of financial processes. You’ll work with payment platforms, banks, accounting systems, auditors, and internal stakeholders to build a structured and reliable finance function from the ground up. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with financial systems, and the ability to organize data from multiple sources into a unified accounting and reporting framework.
About the company and the project:
Set up and maintain integrations between payment systems, banking services, and accounting platforms. Work with Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, and other payment providers.
Implement an accounting system from scratch. Configure and support QuickBooks / Xero or similar accounting systems. Automate transaction uploads and financial data flows.
Consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified accounting system. Set up accounting rules and support financial process automation. Perform reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
Maintain management and accounting records. Ensure correct recording of financial transactions. Control P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Support Treasury functions, including payments and bank operations. Work with banks and manage payment processes.
Prepare documentation for audits and communicate with external auditors. Calculate taxes, including VAT and CIT.
Prepare data for tax and financial reporting. Monitor tax obligations across different jurisdictions.
2–3+ years of experience in FinTech, accounting, financial analytics, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Knowledge of tax reporting; international tax experience would be a strong advantage.
Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting systems. Experience working with payment systems such as Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.
Understanding of APIs and experience setting up integrations. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills. Experience with SQL / BI tools would be a plus.
Understanding of e-commerce or digital business models would be an advantage. Structured mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Experience automating accounting and financial operations, Previous experience in FinTech, e-commerce, iGaming, or international digital businesses.

Work schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break).
Hybrid format after 6 months: 50% office / 50% remote.
