We’re looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join an international iGaming company with a strong presence across multiple markets and legal entities. This role combines hands-on financial operations, international reporting, and cash flow management in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Execute payments via multiple banking systems. Prepare and issue invoices to partners; monitor incoming payments. Manage and control accounts receivable and payable. Communicate with bank support teams. Prepare documentation for bank compliance and KYC procedures.
Monitor cash flow and allocate budgets across legal entities. Legal Entities & International Reporting. Manage operational activities of legal entities in different jurisdictions. Prepare documentation for VAT filings and annual reports. Liaise with external auditors; collect and provide required documentation. Review and approve reports submitted by external auditors.
Participate in legal and corporate matters together with the legal team. Prepare management reports upon request from leadership. Maintain budgets, control cash flow, and perform plan-vs-actual analysis.

3+ years of experience in a similar financial role. Hands-on experience working with international banks and compliance requirements.
Solid understanding of international financial and tax reporting.
Advanced Excel skills. Confident spoken and written English (working language).
Strong attention to detail, structured mindset, and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have: Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or international companies with multi-country operations.
Comfortable office in Limassol, Cyprus. Hybrid format after probation (50% office / 50% remote).
Work schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break).
