We’re looking for a Finance & Reconciliation Officer to support the day-to-day financial operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling trading activity, and ensuring client investment transactions are properly recorded across internal systems.

It’s a full-time, office-based role, remote work is not available.
About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Maintain accurate daily financial records and support internal accounting processes. Assist with monthly financial balancing and reconcile company trading activity and financial data. Upload and maintain monthly reports from multiple financial and operational sources.
Record and review profit and loss (PNL) from trading accounts. Identify and investigate mismatches between trading platforms and internal financial records. Reconcile company bank accounts and financial transactions. Maintain accurate records of client deposits and withdrawals.
Ensure client investment transactions are properly recorded across internal systems. Perform reconciliation across internal systems, trading platforms, and banking records.Maintain reconciliation reports and ensure consistency and accuracy across financial systems.

Requirements
Previous experience in FX / CFD / financial services is preferred.
Background in financial reconciliation, finance operations, or accounting support roles.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial record keeping.
Experience reconciling trading platforms, bank accounts, and internal financial systems is an advantage.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
High level of accuracy and ability to investigate discrepancies.
Strong working knowledge of Excel or similar financial tracking tools.
Background in financial reconciliation, finance operations, or accounting support roles.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial record keeping.
Experience reconciling trading platforms, bank accounts, and internal financial systems is an advantage.
