We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a rapidly growing Estonian company. This flexible role offers part-time or full-time options, with the possibility to work remotely or in the office in Tallinn, Estonia.
Our client is one of Estonia’s leading online stores specializing in security devices and systems. This role is fully remote, with part-time hours (20 hours per week) or full-time, providing flexibility, growth opportunities, and additional benefits.
About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Manage the CEO's schedule and calendar, organizing meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and other necessary services for business trips.
Filter incoming messages and draft responses based on voice notes from the CEO, then distribute them across various social media platforms.
Organize and execute necessary purchases and deliveries.
Handle ad-hoc requests for finding temporary service providers (e.g., contractors, business-related professionals).
Work with Excel to manage data and other relevant information.
