About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Own the early customer journey — from first contact to successful onboarding. Conduct product demos and discovery calls with B2B and Enterprise client.
Understand customer goals and map OKR solutions to their business processes. Build trust and guide clients through the evaluation and adoption process.
Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine positioning. Customize onboarding experiences that drive engagement and long-term value.
Maintain detailed CRM records of customer interactions and insights.
Support expansion and upsell opportunities through a deep understanding of customer needs.
Advantages
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Pre-Sales, or a similar client-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to lead demos and clearly explain product benefits.
Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding their operational needs.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value. Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, or other enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus.
Highly organized, empathetic, and proactive in solving problems. English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher. Knowledge of OKRs is a bonus (training will be provided if needed).
