You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and help execute the content and social media direction across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and founder LinkedIn. The strategy and positioning framework will already be in place — your role is to turn it into clear content plans, strong English-language posts, and consistent communication across channels. The product is a non-custodial crypto-financial platform positioned as “the financial OS for your digital wealth. Spend without selling your assets.” It combines a Platinum Visa card connected directly to a crypto portfolio, virtual banking accounts, yield on BTC and other crypto assets, and liquidity solutions that allow users to access funds without selling their assets. The audience is crypto-affluent users who are building digital wealth like the top 1% — people who want to use their capital here and now without liquidating their portfolio.
About the company and the project:
Create and manage content plans for LinkedIn, X, Instagram and founder LinkedIn. Adapt core product messaging for different social media channels and audiences.
Write clear, polished English-language posts for a crypto-fintech audience. Turn strategic positioning into practical content ideas, post formats and publishing plans.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing on content execution and campaign support. Help communicate product value without making risky or misleading fintech claims.
Maintain a consistent brand tone across all public communication. Think through the goal of each post: audience, message, positioning and expected action.
Support founder-led content and adapt ideas into strong LinkedIn posts. Track content performance and suggest improvements based on results.
Experience in SMM, content marketing or social media management. Experience creating content for LinkedIn, X and Instagram.
Strong written English is a must. Russian for internal communication.
Ability to adapt complex ideas into clear, engaging and accurate content. Understanding of crypto, fintech, Web3 or investment-related products.
Ability to work with an existing strategy and execute it consistently. Strong sense of positioning, audience and message clarity.
Ability to avoid unsafe financial claims and communicate responsibly. Self-organized, proactive and comfortable working remotely.
Nice to Have: Experience with crypto-fintech, DeFi, Web3 or wealth-management products, Portfolio with English-language social media posts, Experience working with premium / high-net-worth audiences, Understanding of compliance-sensitive communication in fintech, Startup experience in fast-moving environments
