We’re looking for a CTO with a strong background to lead the technical direction of a next-gen Web3 fintech platform built on Solana. This role is for a technical leader who has built high-load financial systems and is ready to own architecture and production stability end-to-end.

As CTO, you’ll define the technical vision, design scalable system architecture, and ensure the platform remains stable, secure, and ready to grow.
About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Define and own the overall technical vision and system architecture. Design scalable, reliable architecture for high-load financial systems. Own production stability, performance, and reliability.
Make key architectural and technology decisions. Build and evolve engineering processes and technical standards. Work closely with product, backend, DevOps, and blockchain teams. Lead technical planning and execution across teams.
Oversee infrastructure, security, and scalability strategy. Handle critical incidents and lead root cause analysis.
Mentor senior engineers and technical leads. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Make key architectural and technology decisions. Build and evolve engineering processes and technical standards. Work closely with product, backend, DevOps, and blockchain teams. Lead technical planning and execution across teams.

Requirements
8+ years of experience in senior engineering or architecture roles. Strong background as a Solutions Architect or Lead Engineer. Proven experience building high-load financial systems.
Ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term architecture. Designing distributed systems and service-oriented architectures. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar).
Understanding of backend systems and data pipelines. Strong grasp of security, reliability, and performance trade-offs. Experience working with real-time or transaction-heavy systems and working with payment systems or financial flows. Experience in fintech and/or iGaming environments. Understanding of regulatory and uptime requirements.
Experience with Web3 or blockchain-based products, with leading engineering teams at scale, and scaling products from early stage to growth.
