We are looking for an experienced leader in risk management to head a key function of our fintech company, responsible for building modern systems of risk assessment and control.

About the role:

Your tasks

Lead the company’s risk management division and IT micro-teams. Develop and implement risk management standards, limits, and restrictions.

Monitor risk levels and prepare reports (including for the Central Bank of Russia).

Conduct portfolio analysis: vintage, segmentation, key KPIs, LTV. Build scoring models and economic effect models.

Establish a system for registering operational risk events. Analyze the loan portfolio, monitor financial stability and early signs of default.

Prepare and update internal regulatory documentation.

Advantages

Requirements

Proven experience in scoring model development and risk analytics. Knowledge of gradient boosting, random forest methods.

Degree in mathematics, econometrics, or engineering. Experience in data analysis within online lending and portfolio risk management.

Background as a portfolio risk manager / analyst would be a plus.
