We're looking for a leader to head the company’s product function, drive revenue growth, expand the product portfolio, and build an economically efficient product strategy.

About the role:
Your tasks
Drive revenue growth and product portfolio expansion. Directly manage micro-teams of developers. Develop product strategy and grow the existing team. Build financial product models and ensure alignment with actual results. Control and monitor key product metrics. Analyze competitors and apply best market practices.

Analyze product revenues and customer activity (including transactional data). Initiate proposals to optimize business processes and product parameters based on analysis. Optimize customer communications.

Ensure product economic performance aligns with planned indicators: portfolio size and profitability. Increase customer retention through economically justified product solutions.
Advantages
Requirements
Proven experience as CPO / Head of Product / Product Director in a tech or fintech company.

Strong expertise in developing and implementing product strategy.

Experience in building financial product models and analyzing metrics.

Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and make decisions at the top-management level.

Strong analytical background and ability to apply insights to business practice.

Skills in optimizing customer experience and communications.

Participation in strategic decision-making at the top-management level.
