About the company and the project:
Own and develop the long-term product vision and roadmap. Define product priorities based on business impact and growth potential.
Identify new opportunities across the Ad Network ecosystem and product portfolio. Lead the evolution of the company’s RTB and Programmatic products.
Build and strengthen Product Discovery and Research processes. Lead market, customer, and competitor research.
Validate product opportunities and hypotheses before development begins. Establish Product Analytics and Research as key drivers of product decisions.
Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation to delivery and adoption. Ensure that new features deliver measurable commercial and business value. Define, track, and improve product success metrics.
Strengthen and scale the Product function. Lead and develop Product, Analytics, and AI teams. Build effective product processes, prioritization principles, and decision-making frameworks.
Partner closely with the CTO to align product and technical strategies. Translate business goals into clear product priorities and execution plans.
Coordinate Product, Engineering, Analytics, AI, and commercial stakeholders. Navigate and improve products built on complex legacy and high-load architecture.
Proven Product Management experience within AdTech. Strong practical knowledge of RTB and Programmatic technologies.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising and Ad Network ecosystem. Experience working with advertising formats such as Popunder, In-Page Push, and Web Push.
Experience working with products built on ClickHouse infrastructure. Strong technical product expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and the CTO.
Ability to quickly understand complex legacy systems, infrastructure, and product architecture. Proven experience defining and executing product strategy for complex technology products.
Hands-on experience managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research to delivery and impact measurement. Experience building and improving Product Discovery processes.
Experience leading Product Analytics and Research functions. Strong analytical and data-driven approach to product decision-making. Experience working with high-load systems, large-scale data, and complex product environments. Proven experience building, scaling, and developing Product teams.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. High level of ownership and ability to make independent product decisions.
