We are looking for a strategic and technological leader to head the company’s IT function and ensure its development in line with business goals.

About the role:
Your tasks
Participate in shaping and implementing business strategy. Manage a distributed IT team (150+ employees, 20+ managers).

Coordinate development of the core product (PDL) and platform growth. Ensure stable and secure IT infrastructure. Maintain and develop solution architecture, DevOps practices, and automation.

Establish centers of excellence and strengthen management structure. Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve Time-to-Market and release quality. Work with efficiency metrics, SLA, and cost optimization.

Reduce dependency on single points of failure (people, processes, systems).
Advantages
Requirements
3+ years of experience as CIO / CTO / VP of Engineering in a tech or fintech company. Understanding of the credit product lifecycle: risk, scoring, issuance, collection. Proven experience managing large distributed teams.

Expertise in building architecture and technology strategy (cloud, CI/CD, microservices). Ability to bridge communication between business and technology. High level of engagement, result-oriented, systematic approach. Experience working with vendors, regulators, and information security.

Nice to Have: Experience in highload environments with critical resilience requirements. Knowledge of regulatory standards. Background in developing internal ITSM/ITIL processes. Participation in transformational projects.

Participation in strategic decision-making at the top management level.
