About the company and the project:
Your tasks
Drive recruitment service sales through proactive outreach and cold acquisition.

Identify and approach potential clients (HRD, CTO, CEO, CMO, Founders).

Build communication through LinkedIn, email, and messengers.

Present agency services and lead prospects through the full sales cycle to closure.

Develop a structured sales system and build your own client base.

Collaborate closely with the agency founder on strategy and execution.

Advantages
Requirements
Proven experience in active B2B sales, preferably in services (HR, recruiting, digital, or IT).

English — Upper-Intermediate+ (some clients are English-speaking).

Strong self-management, drive, and persistence.

Ability to initiate conversations from scratch and handle objections with ease.

Result-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for business growth.
Flexible hours, focused on achieving active KPIs.
