You will work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and validate product decisions. The role focuses on product analytics, experimentation, and user behavior analysis across the full product funnel. You’ll be part of a data-driven environment where insights quickly translate into real product changes.

Design, run, and analyze A/B tests end-to-end.
Formulate and validate product hypotheses.

Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive decisions with data.
Analyze key product metrics: LTV, retention, churn, conversion funnels.
Segment users and analyze behavior across cohorts.
3–5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst. Strong understanding of product analytics and growth metrics. Experience in fintech, web3, or mobile-first companies is a plus.
Strong SQL skills, Python, A/B testing, Mathematical statistics. Hands-on experience running A/B tests. Strong understanding of statistical significance and experiment design. Ability to independently turn data into actionable insights.
Strong experience with Amplitude (events, funnels, retention, segmentation). Experience with AppsFlyer (attribution and traffic analysis) and experimentation platforms.Familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
Nice to Have: Experience in product-led growth environments, with mobile apps or high-scale user products, with setting up tracking and analytics from scratch.
