You will own the full analytics function, working directly with the CEO and having a direct impact on product and business decisions. The role focuses on building and analyzing the entire user funnel, optimizing acquisition channels, and developing unit economics across different customer segments. You’ll work in a fast-moving fintech environment where data-driven decisions are critical and implemented quickly.
About the company and the project:
Analyze conversion across the full funnel: install → KYC → deposit → card activation → first spend.
Break down CAC and conversion rates by acquisition channels (ASA, referrals, organic, partnerships).
Calculate cost per key event (CPI, cost per activated card, cost per depositing user).
Analyze unit economics and customer value across tiers (Basic / Silver / Gold / Platinum).
Study user behavior: deposits, card spending, MCC categories, FX fees.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports directly for the CEO.
Design and analyze A/B tests for onboarding and monetization improvements.
Strong SQL skills, ability to write complex queries independently.
Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
3+ years of experience in fintech, neobank, or consumer apps with real transaction data.
Ability to take a business question and independently deliver insights without supervision.
Strong analytical thinking with a business-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Appsflyer or Adjust.
Familiarity with dbt, Python, BigQuery.
Experience setting up analytics infrastructure from scratch.
